On Monday February 20, 2017, the Vinyl Music Hall was taken over by the beautiful Ska-tastic sounds of Save Ferris. Pensacola has its fair share of unique musical acts, but it’s been 15 years since Monique and the boys have come around to our little corner of the world. Save Ferris is known for their unique brand of female fronted Ska, and also the attachment to the famous “Ferris Bueller’s Day Off.”
Openers for the show were Pensacola locals Operation Hennessy. The quintet provided the audience with a set of fast paced, old school punk and loads of eyebrow raising laughs.
Baby Baby were the second on stage, who brought a unique blend of funk rock, Andrew W.K., and hip hop swagger. They even brought up a conch to end out the set!
