June 16 — Up-and-coming pop punk outfit Raisin Awareness unveiled the video for its latest single this week, only days after premiering the single by itself.
The band debuted the video for its debut single, ‘Never Ending Story, Friday. The video is a straight forward presentation that features the band performing its new single as the song plays over the simple visualization.
The single’s musical arrangement presents a familiar sound and style for punk rock fans. The vocal harmonies and the instrumentation blends skate and pop punk leanings together for an engaging and entertaining whole.
The song’s lyrical theme tackles the familiar topic of the current state of the world, according to vocalist Jo D.
“When you actually sit down and think about how fucked the world is and that you’re part of that mess, it can feel overwhelming. ‘Never Ending Story’ is the lead single from Raisin Awareness’ forthcoming album, Currant Times. The album’s release date and other details are under consideration. A video for the new single is expected to debut later this week.
