Aug. 18 — Independent rock band Sisters is set to drop its new album, Leecheater, Friday through Spartan Records.
In anticipation of its release, the band debuted one more new single from the record last Friday in the form of ‘Feet On The Ground.’ The song is the album’s third single behind ‘Through The Cracks,‘ and ‘Born Again,’ both of which debuted last month.
As with those two other singles, the influence from Deftones is on display through the distinct vocal styling and specific instrumentation. The arrangement is a slow burn type work that slowly builds to its climax roughly three minutes into its five-and-a-half minute run time.
No information was provided about the song’s lyrical theme in the news release announcing the song’s premiere. Lyrics were not provided with the song’s presentation through YouTube, either.
