Oct. 2 — Craft Recordings will release seven titles on vinyl for this year’s Record Store Day Black Friday sale.
The soundtrack to Universal Pictures’ 1992 dark comedy Death Becomes Her is among the titles set for release this year. It will mark the first time ever that the soundtrack has been released on vinyl. Shout! Factory re-issued the movie on Blu-ray in 2016.
Also included in this year’s RSD Black Friday releases from Craft Recordings is the long out-of-print compilation Punk Goes Christmas, and re-issues of Chico Hamilton’s The Master, the soundtrack to River Road Productions’ 1984 thriller, Blood Simple, and Gil Evans’ Gil Evans and Ten.
