Oct. 9 — Hard rock super group Metal Allegiance will open 2024 with a celebration of its 10th anniversary.
The group — David Ellefson (ex-Megadeth), Mike Portnoy (Sons of Apollo, The Winery Dogs, ex-Dream Theater), Mark Menghi (Joe Satriani, BPMD), and Alex Skolnick (Testament, Attention Deficit, Skol-Patrol) — will mark the occasion January 25, 2024 at the House of Blues Anaheim.
The last time the band played together was in 2020 just before the COVID-19 pandemic spread across the United States. The band’s upcoming concert will feature guest appearances from the likes of Overkill front man Bobby Blitz, Sepultura guitarist Andreas Kisser, Testament front man Chuck Billy, and Armored Saint front man John Bush.
