Slash Joins Dandy Warhols For Third Single From Band’s Latest Album

Feb. 14 — The Dandy Warhols’ latest album is set for release this spring.

Rockmaker is scheduled for release March 15 via Sunset Bld. Records. In anticipation of the record’s release, the veteran rock act premiered the album’s latest single, ‘I’d Like To Help You With Your Problem‘ and its companion video Feb. 14. The single features a guest appearance from famed guitarist Slash.

The musical arrangement featured in the song is a rich wall of sound. It is a very stoner rock type of song what with the fuzzed guitar line provided by Slash.

Front man Courtney Taylor-Taylor talked about Slash’s role in the song’s creation in a prepared statement:

“What he played on the track is amazing,” Taylor said. “I’ve never heard him play quite like that, but what is so fascinating to me is that it is clearly him playing. As recognizable as a familiar human voice.”

The video for the band’s latest single is an AI-generated presentation that features various footage of oil carriers ablaze, and beached. This leads to the assumption that maybe the song’s lyrical theme is somewhat ecologically-minded. No information was provided about the song’s lyrical theme in the news release announcing the premiere of the new single and video.
