June 4 — Hard rock super group Metal Allegiance will reunite for the second time this year for a new concert.
The band announced Tuesday through a news release, plans to perform live Sept. 6 at the Starland Ballroom in Sayreville, NJ. The concert will be the second this year from the band — whose core consists of the quartet of David Ellefson (ex-Megadeth), Mike Portnoy (Sons of Apollo, The Winery Dogs, Dream Theater), Mark Menghi (Joe Satriani, BPMD), and Alex Skolnick (Testament, Attention Deficit, Skol-Patrol) — following a performance Jan. 25 at the House of Blues in Anaheim, CA.

Guest appearances are expected for the concert from heavyweights, such as Troy Sanders (Mastodon), John Bush (Armored Saint), Dave Davidson (Revocation) and others.
