Indie favorites Modest Mouse have announced an epic North American tour later in 2024 celebrating the 20th anniversary of their classic album ‘Good News For People Who Love Bad News’. The 21-date route kicks off October 28th in Honolulu and stretches into November visiting major markets like Seattle, Los Angeles, Denver, Chicago, Detroit, Toronto, Philadelphia and Brooklyn. Joining the tour on select dates will be special guests The Black Heart Procession.
Modest Mouse’s 2004 album ‘Good News For People Who Love Bad News’ was certified 2x Platinum by the RIAA and includes the singles ‘Float On’, ‘Ocean Breathes Salty’ and ‘The World at Large’. Back in 2022, the band launched an extensive North American tour celebrating the 25th anniversary of their breakthrough album ‘The Lonesome Crowded West’. The following year, they joined Weezer during portions of their Indie Rock Road Trip before teaming up with Pixies for a huge co-headlining tour along with support from Cat Power.
