Oct. 22 — Joe Satriani, Eric Johnson and Steve Vai’s 2024 G3 Reunion Tour will saw a number of sold out dates and now one of those dates will be released as a live recording.
Reunion Live is scheduled for release Jan. 31 through earMusic. It will release separately on 2CD digipack, 4LP (black) vinyl, 4LP (colored) vinyl and coffee table book with 2CD, as well as digital platforms. The presentation, recorded live at the Orpheum Theatre in Los Angeles, CA during the group’s 2024 tour, is expansive because it features full sets from all three musicians as well as one collective concert from the trio. This means audiences technically get not just one live recording here, but four.
As audiences await the collection’s release, they can take in a performance of the timeless classic, ‘Crossroads,’ now. The song is one of more than two dozen that make up the entirety of the concert. The set’s full track listing is noted below:
