Sept. 1 — Ill Nino will join Megadeth and Biohazard later this month for a trio of concert dates.
The band will join Megadeth and Biohazard Sept. 15 in Grantville, PA; Sept. 17 in Atlantic City, NJ and Sept. 27 in Bloomington, IL. The dates are part of Megadeth’s headlining run in support of its latest album, The Sick, The Dying…And The Dead.
Front man Marcos Leal talked about Ill Nino’s upcoming run with Megadeth and Biohazard in a prepared statement.
“So f*****’ excited to be sharing the stage with 2 bands from my youth, until this day, I idolize and love to the core!,” Leal said. “Megadeth is forever one of my favorite bands of all time and bring back so many memories of why I even wanted to be a musician in the first place. And I have so much respect and admiration for Evan, as he gave me my first ever TV appearance on his show on Axe Tv with Shattered Sun. It will be an honor to share the stage with him after all these years! These will be some of the Ill Nino shows of the Year!”

After the band finishes its brief run with Megadeth and Biohazard, it will take some time to rest before heading back out in the road starting Oct. 4 alongside Devildriver and Cradle of Filth for the “Double Trouble Live II” tour. The band will join Savage Existence as support for the tour.
