Dropkick Murphys Announces New Album Details; Lead Single Set For Release In July

June 21 — Dropkick Murphys is scheduled to release its next album later this year.

The record, This Machine Still Kills Fascists is scheduled for release Sept. 30 through the band’s label, Dummy Luck Music. The record’s lead single, ‘Two 6s Upside Down’ is set for debut July 6. A vinyl release for the record will follow in November, with its release date under consideration.

The record puts the band’s original musical content alongside lyrics from legendary singer songwriter Woody Guthrie.

In support of the album’s release, the band is scheduled to launch a tour beginning Sept. 1 in Allentown, PA. The tour is scheduled to run through Nov. 19 in Nashville, TN. It features performances in cities, such as Raleigh, NC; Phoenix, AZ and Brooklyn, NY.
