Fozzy Announces New Album Details, Tour Schedule

Dec. 10 — Fozzy will tentatively release its new album next spring.

The band is scheduled to release its new album, Boombox April 15 through Century Media. The announcement was made through a news release distributed Friday. The band’s eighth album, it will come more than four years after the band’s then latest album, Judas.

Front man and AEW Wrestling superstar Chris Jericho said he is excited about the album’s release.

I firmly believe this is the third best album of our entire career!! (Of course I think it’s our best…but I always wanted to hear a band say that),” said Jericho. “So crank the volume and hold the BOOMBOX up to your earholes!! It’s gonna be a wild ride….,”

Boombox has so far produced the singles, ‘Sane‘ and ‘Nowhere To Run.’

In other news, Fozzy recently announced the details for its upcoming “Save The World Tour,” which is in support of Boombox. The tour is scheduled to launch March 31 in Detroit, MI and to run through May 16 in Sauget, IL. GFM, KrashKarma, and The Nocturnal Affair are scheduled as support.
