July 27 –The Chimpz is going back to the future so to speak.

The band premiered the video for its song, ‘Battlegrounds‘ Tuesday. The song is featured in the band’s 2014 self-titled album. Its premiere comes three months after the band premiered the video for its single, ‘Corrupt,’ which is taken from the band’s 2011 EP, Who Can I Trust?

According to information provided about the video’s premiere, the lyrical theme’s message is meant to encourage listeners to make the most of their lives and grasp every opportunity that comes their way.

The video for ‘Battlegrounds’ is a relatively simple presentation. It features the band performing its single in a studio setting. Various lighting and video effects are used to enhance the viewing experience.
