March 9 — Progressive metal band Leprous is extending its current tour.
The band announced Thursday, it has added a new string of live dates in Latin America between Nov. 9 and Nov. 17. The new dates are in support of the band’s most recent album, Aphelion, which was released in 2021 through InsideOut Music.
The band’s new tour will take the group to Mexico, Costa Rica, Chile, Argentina, and Brazil. More dates are expected to be added to the band’s Latin America tour. The current schedule is noted below:

In related news, a live 2CD Tour edition of Aphelion was released late last year through InsideOut Music. The re-issue features six live tracks on a second disc that were recorded during the band’s tour in 2022.
Four of the live songs were recorded at the Motocultor Festival in France last year while the other two were recorded at a concert the band held in Berlin, Germany last year. Those live songs will be released on a separate vinyl May 5 through InsideOut Music titled Live 2022. Pre-orders for the exclusive vinyl release are open.
In other news, Leprous is wrapping up the European leg of its tour. The next date on the European leg of the tour is tonight in Reutlingen, Germany. From there, the band is scheduled to perform live again in Berlin, Germany Friday, and in Warsaw, Poland Saturday. The band is scheduled to wrap the European leg of its tour in support of Aphelion next week.
