Sept. 3 — Fans of Ice Nine Kills will get the chance to meet the band in person next week in a special event.
The band announced Tuesday, it will host the event, dubbed “Ice Nine Kills Presents: Meat & Greet – The Horrorwood Saga Comes To A Tasteful End” Oct. 12 at the Montalban Theatre in Hollywood, CA. The event will also livestream free through the band’s official YouTube channel at 7:30 p.m. ET for those not able to attend in person. Tickets are on sale now.
During the event, fans will get to meet with the band and experience the band performing its new single, ‘Meta & Greet’ live. Additionally, the band will premiere the entire Horrorwood sage, complete with all eight of its music videos, as one complete “film” for the first time.
Also, the band will host a question and answer session with fans who attend, giving audiences even more opportunity to interact with the band. Bill Moseley (The Devil’s Rejects, House of 1,000 Corpses, The Texas Chainsaw Massacre 2) will moderate the !&A session. Photo ops with Moseley and the band will also be part of the special one-time only event.
The announcement of INK’s upcoming fan event is just the latest piece of news from the band regarding its Silver Scream franchise. The band announced in August, the forthcoming vinyl re-issue of its latest album, Welcome To Horrorwood in a new, expanded release on vinyl.
The band is scheduled to re-issue the album on a special 3LP vinyl pressing Oct. 20 through Fearless Records. Pre-orders for the forthcoming vinyl re-issue are open.
