Dec. 5 — The kings of Viking Metal will return to North America next spring.
Among Amarth announced Tuesday, it will launch a new North American tour April 21 in Albuquerque, NM. The tour, which runs just over a month, will also feature performances from Obituary, Cannibal Corpse, and Frozen Soul. It includes stops in cities across America, such as Asheville, NC; Portland, OR and Huber Heights, OH.
Tickets for the tour are scheduled to go on sale at 10 a.m. local time Friday. The tour’s schedule is noted below:

Amon Amarth’s forthcoming tour is in support of its latest album, The Great Heathen Army. The band’s 12th album, it was released in 2022 through Metal Blade Records. The band also toured alongside Ghost this summer in support of the album.
