Dec. 13 — Independent hard rock act Rogue Royal recently unveiled its latest single and video.
The band debuted its new single, ‘Now Or Never‘ and its companion video Dec. 8. The premiere of the new single and video comes roughly a month on the heels of the premiere of its then latest single, ‘Fly From Here.’
The musical arrangement featured in the band’s new single is an engaging and entertaining composition that blends elements of works from the likes of Buckcherry and Avenged Sevenfold to make its unique body. One could also argue the arrangement even touches on some elements of works from the likes of Black Stone Cherry what with its heavy, guitar-driven approach and sound.
The band explained the song’s lyrical theme in a very brief statement, noting it is meant to present the familiar matter of promoting individuality.
“’Now Or Never’ challenges authority and stares adversity in the face,” the statement reads. Overcome your inner demons.”
The song’s video is its own unique presentation. It finds two men racing down a two-lane road as the song plays over the visualization. As with any story of its kind, only one of the two comes out victorious (so to speak). How the finale happens will be left for audiences to discover for themselves. Meanwhile, in the video’s second half, the band performs its new single on what is mean to reflect a live setting in order to give audiences an idea of how the band looks live on stage.
