Front man Joakim Broden said in a prepared statement, the band is looking forward to the year-long celebration.

“This is a massive milestone for us,” Broden said. “Our fans have been with us every step of the way and we couldn’t be more excited to celebrate this monumental occasion with them. We’re planning some great things that we’ve never done before, and we’re confident that 2024 will be one to remember, especially as we are heading to the studio at the beginning of next year to begin working on new music!”

Par Sundstrom shared, the band’s bassist and manager, shared Broden’s enthusiasm in his own statement.

“It’s hard to believe that a quarter of a century of us playing music and doing what we love the most has passed already,” Sundstrom said. “It’s been one hell of a journey, that’s for sure. We sing about history, but looking back we also wrote some history! Stay tuned!”

Along with listening parties for each of the band’s albums and its upcoming live runs, the band’s celebration will also include games, giveaways and contests featuring limited edition 25th anniversary merchandise and other exclusive items that fans can win.

In other news, the band announced in October, another reason to celebrate. The band announced its “History Rocks” project reached a new milestone. The milestone in question was of its The War to End All Wars movie running in 100 theaters in 27 territories worldwide.

Sundstrom discussed the new milestone in a prepared statement.

“Reaching over 100 museums is an important milestone,” Sundstrom said. “We wanted to create something that makes our fans visit and help their local museums, and I’m beyond happy to see that it’s working. We’re grateful to anyone who suggested a museum to us by using our “Suggest a museum” form on our movie’s website. The form is now closed following thousands of suggestions, but museums are still urged to contact us if they wish to participate. It means a lot to us to see how many involved have been enthusiastic, both fans and museums.”

The movie, which is running in the noted theaters free of charge to the museums where it is being screened, made its global premiere Nov. 4-9 surrounding the 105th anniversary of Armistice Day. Armistice Day (known today as Veterans Day in the United States) is marked every year on Nov. 11. It is the day on which World War I officially ended.
