June 4 — Hammerfall unveiled another preview of its latest album this week.

The band premiered its new single, ‘The End Justifies‘ Tuesday, along with the song’s video. The song is the second single from the band’s forthcoming album, Avenge The Fallen, which is scheduled for release Aug. 9 through Nuclear Blast Records. The band premiered the album’s lead single, ‘Hail to the King,’ last month.

Musically speaking, the band’s new single is pure power metal. It is everything that audiences have come to expect from the band, including the soaring operatic vocals, the rich guitar lines and equally powerful rhythm section.

No information was provided about the song’s lyrical theme but the lyrics provided with the video make relatively clear the song is the band’s defiant proud statement of its music and the dedication of its fans.

Speaking of the video, the video is a familiar style presentation. It features the band performing the new single in the studio complete with plenty of video effects to keep viewers engaged and entertained.
