Aug. 26 — The Veer Union unveiled its latest single this week.

The band debuted its new single, ‘Empirical‘ Monday. The song’s premiere came four months after the premiere of the band’s then latest single, ‘Lose You.’

The musical arrangement featured in the now latest single is everything that the band’s audiences have come to expect from the group, as is evidenced through the heavy, melodic hard rock approach and sound. It is easily likened to other works from TVU, such as ‘Borderline,’ ‘Bitter End,’ and ‘Defying Gravity.’

Lyrically, the song is a commentary about the state of technology in the world and its impact on society, according to a collective statement from the band.

“As we face innovation and the rapid advancement of technology, we in The Veer Union retain a profound sense of hope that humanity unites in its pursuit of freedom and individualism, continuing to champion the spirit that drives us to overcome challenges and strive for a brighter future,” the statement reads.
