Feb. 28 — Up-and-coming hard rock outfit Coldwards (pronounced Cold Words) unveiled its latest single and video this week.
The band kicked off the weekend with the premiere of its new single, ‘Last of Me’ and the song’s companion video. Gemini Syndrome front man Aaron Nordstrom joined the band for the new single and its video, which features the band performing its new single in front of a video screen that presents a post apocalyptic world. The presentation lines up with the melodic hard rock song whose content reportedly centers on “a love survivor of war, fighting to save home and self at any means necessary.”
The song’s musical arrangement is a radio ready composition that fittingly is comparable to works from the likes of Gemini Syndrome and to The Veer Union, as well as Gears.
Coldwards is composed of Paul Crosby (ex-Saliva) on drums, his son Zac Crosby on vocals, Richie Hey on bass, and Michael Friese on guitar.
