Jan. 31 — Unearth debuted the video for its latest single this week.
The band unveiled the video for its single, ‘Eradicator‘ Thursday. The song is the fourth single from the band’s 2023 album, The Wretched, The Ruinous. Prior to its release, the band debuted another single, ‘‘Into The Abyss‘ and the song’s companion video. The premiere of that song and its video were preceded by those of the singles, ‘Mother Betrayal and the record’s lead/title track and its video.
The video for the full-on thrash metal composition is a familiar style presentation. It features live footage of the band while the new single plays over the visualization.
Front man Trevor Phipps talked about the new video in a prepared statement:
“Since our new album The Wretched; The Ruinous was released, ‘Eradicator’ has been posted and reposted more than any other track on the record by you all,” Phipps said. “Because of this we hit up our good friend Daniel Vandal from Kreact to shoot another live themed video (Incinerate) for us across the Canadian provinces of Quebec and Ontario. The footage captures the high energy, and mayhem (Barrie), our Canadian friends always bring to our shows north of the border. Check out ‘Eradicator’ now and see you on the road.”
