July 10 — Nonpoint will give audiences another preview of its forthcoming EP, Heartless Friday.
The band announced Monday, it will premiere the EP’s third single, ‘A Million Watts‘ Friday. The song’s debut will follow those of the record’s title track, which it premiered in March, and ‘Paper Tigers,’ which the band premiered last year.
Heartless is currently scheduled for release Nov. 17 through Nonpoint’s own label, 361 Degrees Records. The record will be the band’s second consecutive EP following the release of its predecessor, Ruthless, in December 2021. That EP was also released through the band’s label. Ruthless produced a cover of Prince’s ‘When Doves Cry‘ and the EP’s title track as singles.
In other news, Nonpoint is scheduled to join Mudvayne, Butcher Babies, Coal Chamber, and Gwar July 20 for the upcoming “Psychotherapy Sessions Tour”. The band announced its addition to the tour in March.
Tickets for the tour, which also features stops nationwide in cities, such as Charlotte, NC; Albuquerque, NM and Noblesville, IN, ar available now.
Elias Soriano, Nonpoint front man, said in the band’s initial announcement, he and his band mates are excited about joining the tour.
“HERE WE GO AGAIN! Mudvayne was one of our first tours when we were just starting out so we have been friends for years,” Soriano said. “It’s going to be great to tour with our friends again. Not to mention the rest of the tour package. With this kind of lineup we expect the pits to be insane!”
The dates for the upcoming tour are noted below. Before launching the tour, Nonpoint will also perform at this year’s Rock The Mountains Festival Friday in Cumberland, MD and in Savanna, GA on Monday, July 18.
