Nov. 21 — Almost a month after premiering its latest single, ‘Brooklyn, Baby.’ Don’t Believe in Ghosts has unveiled the song’s companion video.
The band premiered the song by itself late last month before premiering its video Thursday. The video features the band making its way around Brooklyn as the song plays over the visualization.
The poppy new single follows the premiere earlier this year of another single from the group, ‘Drowning.‘ The new single is a catchy, infectious composition that will appeal easily to fans of acts, such as Fitz and the Tantrums, The Killers, and Modest Mouse.
No information was provided in the news release announcing the debut of the new single. Lyrics were also not provided. From what can be inferred from the song without that content is that the song is a tribute to Brooklyn.
In other news, Don’t Believe in Ghosts is scheduled to perform a hometown show next Saturday, Nov. 30, at the Mercury Lounge in New York City. Tickets are available here.
