Bleed From Within Premieres Video For New Album’s Third Single

Jan. 21 — Bleed From Within unveiled the video for its latest single this week.

The band debuted the video for its new single, ‘Hope in Hell‘ Tuesday. The song is the latest single from the band’s forthcoming album, Zenith, which is scheduled for release April 4 through Nuclear Blast Records. The band premiered the album’s then latest single, ‘In Place of Your Halo‘ early last month. That song’s premiere was itself preceded by the debut of Zenith‘s lead single, ‘Hands of Sin.’

The video for the band’s new single is a two-part presentation. One part features the band performing its new single on a sound stage designed to look like a warehouse type setting. The other portion features an unidentified albino man essentially going through a ritual sacrifice. That man is then replaced by the very woman who killed him. All of this happens as the song plays over the visualization.

The visualization sounds heavy but according to a statement from the band, that imagery should not be misinterpreted as it explained the song’s lyrical theme.

“Looking at the lyrics, life doesn’t get any easier and everyone you know is dealing with its challenges,” the statement reads. “We are caught in repeating cycles of adversity and hardship, but our perception can change once we accept that growth is on the other side of such things. Take from that what you will just know that we’re rooting for you. Enjoy.”

Musically speaking, ‘Hope in Hell’ is a departure of style and sound from its predecessor. As the band noted in its statement, the song’s arrangement is heavy but melodic.

“‘A Hope In Hell’ is one of the more melodic cuts from our latest album and one that we all connected with early in the writing process,” the band noted of the song’s arrangement in its statement. “The evolution of this song is a great indicator of what we’ve explored on our latest release; we’ve pushed ourselves melodically but also found a dark and heavy groove that really underpins our sound.”

In other news, Bleed From Within recently announced an extensive tour schedule in support of its forthcoming album. The band will serve as support for Bullet For My Valentine and Trivium beginning Apr. 19 in Chesterfield, MO.

The tour is scheduled to run through May 18 in Raleigh, NC. A headlining run for Bleed From Within is scheduled to launch Sept. 10 in Antwerp, Belgium and to run through Dec. 12 in Glasgow, United Kingdom. The band’s upcoming tour schedule is noted below. Tickets are available here.
