Nov. 27 — The Very Beast of Dio: Volume 2 will be re-issued for the first time in more than a more than a dozen years this winter.
The 17-song compilation, which was originally released in 2012, will see the light of day once again Jan. 31. The collection, which has been out of print for nearly a decade, features songs lifted from Dio’s seventh to 10th albums: Angry Machines – Master of the Moon. It features liner notes from Eddie Trunk.
The new limited edition re-issue will release on a 2LP and separate 1CD platform. Its track listing, which includes the last song that Dio ever wrote, ‘Metal Will Never Die,’ is noted below:
